Painting high touch parts of the wall [small patches around switchboards and door handles] - Light sanding of 30 cm long section of cornice in bathroom before painting it - Patching small gaps wherever needed before painting - Painting some unpainted wood of the Patio - Patch painting of window and door frames, only touch ups. - If you cant bring your own masking tape and drape cloth let me know I will get one for the job. -Grouting: Tiles in 2 bathroom ares as well as Kitchen Splash back and sink area. Not a huge area overall and not every tile needs it. Would appreciate if you can buy grout mix [white]and I will pay for the material on receipt. -Needs a white cement like sealant for some tiles, not broken or anything just touch ups [see photos] would appreciate if you could buy correct product I will pay on the receipt. -Fill gaps in the exterior wall [3-4 gaps maximum] with sand [or mortar] cement mix.
