Shower & bath - remove old seal, reseal, light paint and very light tiling or some type of covering up, new taps, new exhaust fan Dividing curtain - need to make a frame for a curtain dividing 2 rooms to make it stronger.

Side Gate adjustments & fix Completed repairs from a storm included a new metal down-pipe behind the side gate which was crushed as the gate swung into it. We now need to make sure the gate does not swing back into the new down-pipe and ensure the gate functions properly. Notes: - The post the gate is attached to may be on a lean and may need to be straightened. - Gate is now a fair distance from house wall and on an angle scraping the ground, needs to be re-hung and adjusted. - Post has pulled away from the house causing a massive gap between end of gate and house wall. It may need another timber post piece added to the house and the gate re-hung straight. - Something to protect the gutter from the gate going back and hitting it again. Metal “L” bracket or any idea that looks good whilst protecting gutter from future damage. Can you please have a look at photos, send through a rough quote and notes on the fix.
