Hi team We moved into a house recently that we bought a few years ago. The subfloor was never checked as part of the building inspection. I just want a qualified builder, carpenter, restumper or re blocker to get under the house and check the quality of the stumps, bearers, joists etc. It is an old period home, around 90 years old but the stumps are concrete. There is an extension out the back on slab. There are some areas where it may not be possible to physically get to so not sure how those sections can be checked. One photo attached. This task is for someone suitably qualified and able to remove a total of four wooden blinds and dispose offsite. The blinds are wooden Venetian blinds and the ones that require removing are in the pictures attached to this task. The blinds that need to be removed are the wooden blinds in the upstairs bedrooms (there is only one per bedroom) and the one in the living room (front of the property). The blinds are located in our investment property which is due to be tenanted this weekend (I only found out today), hence the short timeline. Access to the property is via a lock box so the tasker must be able to work independently as I may not be able to be there. If you could please advise how much this would cost, that would be appreciated. The price on here is just a number. IMPORTANT - This task is to remove only the pictured wooden blinds.
