Find an experienced handyman in Newcastle

The bottom hinge on one of our internal doors has loosened / broken off. I just need this one hinge replaced / screwed in so that the door is functional again. Would include needing to go and purchase the correct hinge which I can reimburse on top of the task fee.

need help installing 2 x curtain rods into ideally a wooden window frame (with a small gap behind it) or worst case into what we think is a plasterboard wall. I’m in a rental so really need someone who has good knowledge with this kind of fixings to ensure no damage occurs.

The ceiling around the bathroom light/fan has started to break. This is likely due to dampness and poor ventilation.
