Assembly and mounting of Ikea BESTA storage combination units and shelving in our theatre and living rooms, and hanging curtains in the living room. Design 1 (theatre room - attached) will include assembly of the BESTA storage combination units and mounting to the wall (floor and floating units). There will also be 4x small shelving units to mount underneath the floating unit. The design combines several individual units, so each will need to be attached together to form a longer, single unit. For the floor units, we will require some of the backboarding cut to fit around existing electrical outlets. Design 2 (living room - attached) will include assembly of the BESTA storage combination units and mounting to the wall (floor unit). We will also require mounting of 3x shelves (1 above and 2 to the sides of the TV). We will require some of the backboarding cut from the BESTA units to fit around existing electrical outlets. For both the theatre and living room designs, we have purchased some wooden planks (already cut to size) to fit under the floor units to lift the units off the floor slightly (so our rug does not block the cabinet doors from opening). Please note - the smaller, floating shelves are not included in the design pictures. There are 4x white shelves to mount in the theatre, and 3x shelves to mount in the living. We have design plans available from Ikea. Some additional screws/materials may be required to hold and connect the individual units together - we can include these in the quote or can purchase these separately from Bunnings on the day of construction as required. We would also like to mount 1x curtain rod with curtains in the living room. We have already purchased the necessary materials.

Ceiling sheets sagging, can see holes where the screws are

An electrician, who was supposed to install mirrors, has broken three tiles in our ensuite feature wall. We have got spare tiles and can provide grout to replace the tiles. The person willing to pick this job needs to be an experienced tiler and will have to make sure that no more damage is caused if there is any potential issue identified. The mirrors which are going in to the walls are single hole and it will require tech to have their own scanner to avoid drilling through water pipes or live wires behind the tiles
