There is a small leak under our kitchen sink from the hot water shut off valve. It is slowly dripping. We are hoping someone can come out on a Friday, either on 5/10, 12/10, or 19/10 to fix it. - Due date: Before Thursday, 19 October 2023

Hi, I need to disconnect a gas cooktop and then terminate the gas line flush to the wall. It will not be reconnected as I am putting in an induction cooktop. Also, I need to disconnect the kitchen sink hot and cold water so that the kitchen sink cabinets can be removed. The water will be reconnected at a later date. The water reconnection is not part of this quote.

Cut into existing drain pipe, 50mm PVC and install new section to kitchen, about 1m and 2 elbows. Hot and cold water base on wall for a mixer. Cut into existing hot and cold copper pipes and install new section about 1m in length. - Due date: Flexible

There is a leak (not a big one) from a pipe under the kitchen sink. It will slowly fill up a small plastic tray over many weeks of consistent use of the sink. I have been told the left side washer is coming to it’s life end so would be happy for that to be quoted/replaced too. - Due date: Flexible
