Looking for a licensed plumber to replace a leaking inline dual check valve (backflow preventer) connected to a pull-out kitchen mixer tap. ​Details: ​Issue: Water is leaking out of the atmospheric vent hole on the existing brass backflow valve. ​Task: Supply and install a compatible WaterMark-approved replacement valve (or install replacement part) and test for leaks. ​Access: Easy, clear access inside the under-sink cabinet. Isolation mini-cistern taps are located directly under the sink. ​Please include whether your offer includes the supply of the replacement valve or labor only. I need help with replacing a kitchen sink tap. Bought new tap, just need labor.

We need new tap installed, we have the new tap, just don’t have the tools to install tap in tight space under sink. Should be relatively easy for someone with correct tools.

The kitchen sink is clogged, I tried using unclogging liquid from Bunnings but it is still clogged. Water is going down the drain very slowly.

Mouldy kitchen caulk needs to be replaced. The whole caulk around the sink and the caulk in the wall. Needs to scrub off the mouldy caulk because mouldy caulk was just covered with a new sealant, not properly taken off.

Crazy! Our undermount kitchen sink has disattached on three sides. Need a solution. It does have an insinkerator attached to one side, perhaps it's the weight of it all... Builder/plumber required.
