Replace kitchen mixer tap and change the toilet cistern

Looking for a plumber to come fix/replace the leaky sink strainer (or gasket) under our kitchen sink. (See photo) We are located in Arncliffe (2205), just south of Sydney.

The existing silicone is too thin and need to be removed and reapply both around the edges on top and underneath. This is to stop and prevent water leakage.

We have noticed water leakage under the kitchen sink, we would like to replace all the pipes hot , cold and the middle ones plus anything else for any future leaks.

We have just had a new kitchen and laundry sink installed. We need the sinks connected to the pipes and new waste kit installed in each (we have these already) we also need a garden tap that’s leaking fixed.

remove the existing kitchen sink. Modify/open the internal cupboard carcass where required to provide adequate access to the mixer retaining hardware. Supply and install a new kitchen sink mixer. Reinstall and reseal the existing sink. Reconnect all associated plumbing services. Fully commission and test the installation to ensure correct operation and that all connections are leak-free.

Water seeping through the cabinet underneath my kitchen sink. please get this fixed. It's not a lot of water at the moment but every few days I can see a puddle of water inside the cabinet. It seems to come from the bottom of the partition behind the pipes

The kitchen sink is blocked and needs to be unblocked.

See photos attached. Need rubber seal replaced on kitchen sink waste. Slow leak developed overtime, assuming just the rubber gasket needs to be replaced and tighten.
