Gap behind kitchen sink needs resealing and mould inspection. The silicone seal between my Caesarstone benchtop and the wall behind the kitchen sink has gradually failed over the past year, leaving a gap of approximately 2-3mm. On close inspection the gap appears mouldy inside. Kitchen sink clogged not draining

Moved in to new house and found out that wall next to kitchen sink is damaged with moisture. Building inspector did not mention any water damage to that area. My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time.
