Just moved into house and have seen rat under kitchen sink. He only there at night time so during the day i Need someone to come and inspect the area and block the entry points, this may be done by adding some scrap wood to cover holes (i have scrap wood available and drill with screws) or filling with that expanding foam which i also have.. I also want to remove all items (will throw most things away) whatever i decide to keep i would like it to be cleaned thoroughly with bleach and sanitized and sprayed with dettol to kill all germs i would like the Under sink cabinet with 2 shelves to be thoroughly cleaned with bleach and sanitised and items to be put back in nicely. I will provide all cleaning materials and gloves. This job would be best suited for someone who isn't absolutely horrified and disgusted by rats like I am just in case hes under there at the time, in this case please for the love of God dont let him out of that cabinet and into my house because I'll have a heart attack. If you can watch to see exactly how he is entering the sink that would be good so we can block it and hopefully he never returns again.

Kitchen sink wont fully drain - second sink fills up. Assume there is a blockage, have tried to fix myself to no success. The p-trap is not blocked as have removed and put back on.
