My shower head drips and I think my kitchen tap is leaking but just check it for me

I want to add a drain, and a catchment tray, under the kitchen sink. The purpose being, if the any pipes leak (again), or the hot water system ever leaks or bursts, it will assist in catching the water and hopefully draining it. There are already pipes from the kitchen sink to connect to, and the wooden board in the photo can also be lifted up and removed/ cut for space if required. The tray/ catchment area needs to cover the whole area in the photo.

First, my kitchen sink is blocked. I unscrewed the pipes under the sink, but found nothing. Second,the old water tape in the balcony needs a new one. Third, the cold water tape in the laundry is dripping
