As shown in my photos, the sink was originally fixed from the underside of a large stone (possibly marble or granite) benchtop. Recently, the sink detached and dropped down because the original mounting system failed. I suspect there may also have been a wooden support frame that has deteriorated over time, possibly due to moisture from worn or ineffective sealant around the sink edges. I need someone experienced in repairing or reinstalling this type of sink, including working with mixed materials (stainless steel sink, stone benchtop, and possibly replacement timber supports if required). My kitchen sink mixer tap is broken, I have purchased new one, need to get it installed

We have a new kitchen sink and mixer, and need to get it fully installed. The sink, mixer, and fittings are all there. I have purchased some Caroma S-pipe and extension fittings that may be of use, but I don't know exactly what is needed for the undersink plumbing. We do have silicone, but I'm sure you'd want to use your own. There is also a small leak in the hot water connection (photo of fitting attached). Kitchen sink clogged not draining

Moved in to new house and found out that wall next to kitchen sink is damaged with moisture. Building inspector did not mention any water damage to that area. Cabinet under the kitchen sink has got swollen wood. Posting the task for someone to come and assess the area and maybe replace swollen wood panel under kitchen sink. Please send me your best quote.

My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. Use drainage clogged chemicals will help for a week or so and starts clogging again. I need someone to inspect the sink and clear the blockage as soon as possible.
