I have a hole cut in the back/side of my kitchen sink cupboard (approx 40 cm × 30 cm) that was likely made for plumbing access. Mice have been getting in through this opening. Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.
