Issue: The internal shelf appears to be slightly oversized and does not fit correctly inside the unit. Because of the shelf size, the front doors do not sit/close flush and can rub against the shelf. A previous handyman attempted to resolve the issue but was unable to correct it. The unit is already fully assembled. Required work: Inspect the buffet and internal shelf. Check the shelf dimensions and positioning. Adjust, trim, or modify the shelf if required to achieve the correct fit. Adjust the door hinges/alignment if necessary. Ensure the doors can close properly and sit flush without rubbing against the shelf. Complete the work carefully without causing damage to the unit. Requirements: Experience with furniture assembly and cabinet/sideboard adjustments. Suitable tools for measuring, trimming and alignment.

New granny flat extension. Finishing off ceilings and cornices. My hubby has done the job so far himself, so he knows it's not perfect. Just wants an experienced tradie to work on it for a day. Fencing contractors haven’t been able to assist as the job is below their minimum supply/install requirements. 1. Pool-area Colorbond fence repair * One lower section of the fence has rusted through and deteriorated * One Colorbond sheet has come away (sheet is still here – pictured) * Looking to have the damaged/rusted section repaired or replaced and the fence made secure and neat again * Not looking to replace the whole fence 2. Small roof gutter/fascia repair * A small section has significant rust damage from a previous roof leak * The source of the leak has now been repaired * Looking to have the rusted section cut out/replaced and finished neatly to match the existing as closely as possible Photos attached showing both jobs.
