Water is leaking through two corners of my window. Normal rain not an issue but when spraying the window it is seeping through two of the corners to the inside. It looks like the seal rubber is ineffective but also looks like some of the grout/cement from around the bricks of the windowsill has come loose and needs to be filled. See photos attached

There is no bottom track or guide to keep the door stable. As a result, the door is unstable and sometimes comes off the track or falls out of position. What needs to be done: Inspect and repair or replace the top track/roller mechanism if necessary. Install a suitable bottom guide or track to keep the door stable. Make sure the door slides smoothly and safely without falling off. Please note: I don't have any tools, so you'll need to bring your own. I need an experienced carpenter/door installer to replace two existing internal bathroom doors on a shared bathroom. I will purchase and supply the two new doors and handles/privacy locks. I need the Tasker to complete the installation, including any necessary trimming, hinge installation and fitting of the handles. Door 1 — damaged door frame One of the existing timber door jambs has significant water damage/rot at the bottom of the hinge-side jamb (see photos). There is also a water leak/ingress from the adjacent shower, which appears to have contributed to the timber deterioration. I'd like the Tasker to: • assess the extent of the timber damage; • advise whether the damaged section of jamb can be replaced/repaired or whether the complete jamb/frame should be replaced; • make the repaired/replaced timber ready for painting; • inspect the shower/frame junction and reseal with appropriate bathroom-grade silicone where required to prevent further water reaching the timber.
