I have an existing alarm system. This system is from Hills brand. There seems to be some issue with it's pad/screen. It is continously beeping and seems there is some system error in it. I would like someone to look into this and fix it.

When taking a shower the water changes to cold in the middle of a warm shower need help to fix the issue . I have checked other water outlets like the bath and vanity and there is no problem with hot and cold with that flow just the shower need help fixing it
