Replace Hyundai tucson 2015 rear door lock actuator motor. Part should be delivered next week

We need a small cupboard built in the same footprint as the previous one (see pics). It had no opening previously and had to be broken to allow access to pipework. You can utilise what's left as pictured and it needs a cupboard style opening door so we always have access to the tap and pipework. The sides are currently glued to the wall. I'd like the top of it to be shaped to the bowl.
