The bottom edge of a bathroom door has some swelling/bubbling from moisture (see photo). I’m looking for a cosmetic fix, not a full replacement. Ideally the task would involve sraping/sanding the bubbled area, filler to smooth the surface and light sand and touch-up paint The goal is simply to make it look tidy from a distance, not a perfect repair.

It appears to be caused by weather exposure over time. I have 2 plantation shutter louvres where the pins have broken off and half is in the louvre and the other half is in the shaft. These broken pins need removing and replaced with retractable pins so the louvres can be fitted back in. Need Someone who’s fixed these before and has the tools to do so. Wa thinking of using retractable pins to make it easier to put louvres back.
