Current issue - Door is very tight during opening and closing. It is a solid core door flushes with wall outside but claddings are not aligned at the moment due to incorrect position of door privacy lock. Seems like hinges are not correct for this type of door weight , which is leaning and tightening the door. Task involves fixing the door jamb and door hinges , right now door is not functioning properly. It requires to remove existing cladding, fix the door jamb and fix the door with new hinges, reapply cladding.

Need someone to put the door back on will need to take off one of the exterior aluminium frames prior as it won’t fit through. Square screw fitting required.

I have 2 plantation shutter louvres where the pins have broken off and half is in the louvre and the other half is in the shaft. These broken pins need removing and replaced with retractable pins so the louvres can be fitted back in. Need Someone who’s fixed these before and has the tools to do so. Wa thinking of using retractable pins to make it easier to put louvres back.
