We have jist recieved our Kaboodle flat pack kitchen and were intending on installing it but unfortunately i have been called to work away for the next few months and wont be able to, so looking for someone to install asap.

I am looking for a licensed electrician to perform a like-for-like replacement of a ceiling fan in an upstairs bedroom of my post-war timber house in Everton Park. The current fan motor has burnt out, so the wiring and mounting points are already in place. I have already purchased the new unit, which is a Brilliant Grace 4 Blade Smart Fan with an LED light and remote receiver. Since this model uses a remote, no new wall-switch wiring should be required. Please provide a fixed quote for the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. There is easy access and street parking available.

We are property managers, looking for a long-term handyman to work with us. We require general property maintenance, including but not limited to: -bathroom towel rail and paper handle replacement, toilet seat replacement, silicone re-seal (basin, shower, bathtub), etc. -replace light fittings or globes, door handle repair, patch and paint small wall damages, adjust door hinges, replace flyscreen mesh, cabinet or drawers fix, etc. Could you please advise on your pricing, hourly or per job? Removed a baby gate and it’s taken some of the plaster and paint off and pushed window frame out a bit. Needs, filling, sanding, painting before moving out in May.

** two persons needed** box is huge and flimsy. i have purchased a new 85" tv and wall mount. it is currently at my neighbours house hidden as a surprise. it will need to be done in the morning and will need 2 people as its heavy and will need to be carried approximatly 100metres from one carport around a front fence to my house. thankyou

Issue: External rendered wall damaged by vehicle impact, showing a puncture and cracks near the garage frame. Scope of Works: Inspect and assess extent of damage. Remove loose render and repair substrate if needed. Reapply render and texture to match existing finish. Repaint repaired area to blend with surrounding wall.

Install x3 curtain rods in living, and bedrooms.
