Looking for someone experienced in plastering to repair a damaged section of ceiling cornice (around 600mm length).

Remove existing 5.5m length of 90mm coved gyprock cornice along gyprock ceiling and face brick wall and replace with new 90mm coved gyprock cornice.

Some ceilings (approx 86m2) and cornices in the house need to be repainted due to touch ups in the gyprock. There are a few walls that need to be touched up too. I will supply paint. There is minimal parts that need sanding. Window surround also needs repair. Door frames do not need to be painted.

I have a door that is floor to ceiling (2700mm x 1000mm) as well as a cornice which is about 1700mm long that needs to be painted. Please note the door is very heavy and would likely need two people to lift and move to the garage to paint. Also there is a high risk of runs in the crevices of the door so please only submit an offer if you have experience painting doors with this design There is also some damages to the wall where the door is leaning on that I would like to get patched. The door does not need to be hung. Only painted.

Set plaster board ceiling and install cornice

Some walls and cornice have cracking from settling movement . Remove cracked plaster and replaster with new and sand ready for paint. Photos don’t show all areas that have cracks. Estimate a days worth of work. Ideally seeking qualified plasterer with insurance. Not requiring paint- I will do this myself- just paint ready. Trade to supply plaster.

A small section of my front porch cornice has fallen off. The missing piece is approx. 1.7 m, including two corners. The ceiling is solid and dry (it’s an outdoor area exposed to weather, so looks like the adhesive has failed.) I’m pretty sure the cornice profile is 75mm Gyprock Symphony (photos attached). What I need: • Supply and install matching cornice • Cut and mitre both corners • Fix, patch and sand joins You supply your labour, tools adhesive and the cornice. It’s a tiny job that will take a plasterer no time at all. ***No painting required***
