All areas requiring work included in pictures. Happy to accept either labour + materials supply or labour only. Full scope of work below, to make all areas ready for painting; - Gyprock and flush all new timber stud walls - Patch/fix all ceiling gaps left from wall moving - Make good/patch brickwork damaged by demo - Cornice all areas following new gyprock

New ceiling has been fitted by non tradesman so I need a good plasterer to work there magic. Then install cornices and paint. Needs to be started within a week

We just removed a wardrobe from a bedroom which was fixed to the wall. The cornice and wall need patching and repairing.

A section of my front porch cornice has fallen off. The missing piece is approx. 1.7 m, including two corners. The ceiling is solid and dry (it’s an outdoor area exposed to weather, so looks like the adhesive has failed) Cornice profile is standard 90 mm cove (photos attached). 1. Fix kitchen cupboard door. Screws pulled out of timber frame. 2. Fix screen door. Rivets holding door to hinge broken off. 3. Fix cornice. Broken off ceiling and wall.

We had a door installed and gap in the wall that has been patched. Guy moved away before he could finish so we just need the gaps in the giprock boards filled and levelled with the wall and cornice installed and prepped for painting. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours, just haven’t had the time to get it done. We have most of the materials including the cornice, cornice adhesive etc. but feel free to look through what we have and see what you might still need. Also have about 3-4 holes in our ceiling from fan installation and removing the old light fixture that we’d love to have patched as well.
