1) Ceiling fan without light replacement, like for like but with different brand. 31c ceiling height. The existing fan is wall controlled and have controller and existing wiring. 2) 2 x Outdoor sensor operated lights replacement. The existing ones are on single wall switch. One work and other one became faulty. The two new lights will be free issued.

Adding extra down lights and ceiling fan

Replace two ceiling fans with light and remote. Units purchased. Bedroom and study. One room is no longer responding so confirm replacement fixes the problem - one of three already replaced which did solve it last time. Required wiring should be in place.
