Seeking a trustworthy handyman with insurances etc as my handyman of 15 years has retired. Normally I require a visit once every 2 months and save up all my jobs for that time. To give you an idea, the jobs on the list currently include: - Fix a hinge on pantry door (screws have come loose and no longer gripping) - Install 2 window blinds - Move/ install wall brackets and hooks for hanging plants - Put up a shelf - Put up a mirror and a couple of pictures - Install 2 x bicycle hooks in garage I have listed $50 being the hourly rate I used to pay. The job should be at least an hour's work. I can make an additional payment on the day. In case you have seen this ad previously, it was listed earlier in the month, but the lovely person who accepted the job has been injured and recovery is longer term. Not sure if this is the right wording, but the seals where our walls join, above our shower need to be re-done. Refer to attached pictures for two joins that need sealing. We've noticed Ants along the seam that disappear towards the top, so it appears there's a gap that needs resealing. I think the issue is only with one corner above the shower, but happy for both corners to be done.

Garage needs and new door handle. The lock only accepts one key so going to change the whole handle. Original door handle from the 70’s so the door may need a bit of drilling to accommodate for modern door handle designs. Cupboard hinge screws constantly coming lose and falling out. Installation of chicken coop automatic door. The actual installation is pretty simple. Just a few screws. However, there is an existing opening that is too large and will either need to be made smaller to be able to screw the door on.
