The pin to the gate is coming out and needs to be re-inserted. Possibly needs to be replaced. Photo shows 1/ bad pin, 2/ whole gate, 3/ mechanical arm, 4/ good pin. We have a second set of gates and the same issue (not as bad) on the other gate also needs fixing.

Door sticking. Re-adjust hinges/smooth door frame. Front gate. Too heavy for the hinges. May need to remove completely or add additional support. May also need to replace latch.

We have a waist high cyclone fence as our front fence. In the process of replacing sewage pipes, our front gate was removed. We want it to be put back in. The task will require create a hole for the fence post at the correct location, retention the cyclone fence mesh and refit the gate. All parts should be there. Back gate has shifted/dropped approx a centimetre over winter. Gate no longer aligns with locking mechanism on the gate frame. Difficult to open and shut. Need someone to realign. See photos.

Need a new lockable gate latch installed. The latch hardware side can take up to 80 mm width, but the gate stile is only 30 mm wide, so it needs a proper fit. Also need the gate pin holes in the masonry drilled deeper with a masonry drill so the pins sit in securely and hold the gate firm. Looking for a sturdy, reliable latch/lock setup and solid pin seating.
