I have a 2-bedroom apartment that recently had new flooring and skirting boards installed. The installers didn’t seal the gaps between the wall and the skirting, so I’m looking for someone detail-oriented to tidy up the finish. Scope of work: • Apply No More Gaps neatly between the wall and skirting • Apply clear silicone sealant between the skirting and floor for a clean, sealed edge • Fill small drill holes or plank gaps in the skirting • Paint and sanding (want it looking in as new condition as possible) Materials: I already have most materials on hand – caulking gun, No More Gaps, hole filler, and shaping tools. I can purchase anything additional if needed. Notes: • Apartment is clean and easy to access • Looking for a clean, professional finish • Flexible with timing (weekday or weekend)

Glue the carpet back into place and colour it back to the original colour.

Carpet several places broken that need to be fixed

I want to replace this section of the carpet since it’s damaged , I don’t have spare carpet though.

We’d like for the carpet in our two bedrooms (one 3x4.2m, the other 3.2x4.1m) to be removed. Bonus points if you’re able to then re-floor these spaces using wood or some other less mould/dust-prone material. After painting got some dots on the carpet & chairs need clean

1200 x 200 Oak porcelain wooden floor look tiles. Approx 37sqm living area. 1st floor apartment unit. Underlay must be used as strata compliance. Licensed tiler with public liability insurance. No removal of old carpet or underlay necessary as this will be done beforehand. Happy for site visit before quotes.

Small flooring job installing four square metres of vinyl floor boards (we have) in a small hallway plus trim (we have). Job also involves removal of existing vinyl floor panels and application of floor leveling product (don’t have).

Looking for a licensed carpenter to remove and install approximately 30m worth of pre-bought skirting. We will supply the skirting, just need to be fixed and cut, ideally scribe joint. Hi! I’ve spilt a facial oil on the ground right outside my apartment building and foot traffic has transferred the oil onto the carpet inside the building. I’m just needing the oil stains out of the carpet!
