Hi there! I’m looking for someone experienced with installing and cutting outdoor decking tiles to help finish off my balcony flooring. I’ve already installed IKEA RUNNEN interlocking outdoor decking tiles (brown timber) across the balcony. The majority of the work is complete — I just need someone to neatly measure and cut the remaining tiles to fit the gaps around the edges and perimeter. What’s required: • Measure and cut the IKEA RUNNEN tiles to fit the remaining edges. • Ensure a neat, professional finish with no sharp or uneven edges. • Bring your own tools and equipment suitable for cutting the tiles. This is a relatively small balcony in a Zetland apartment, and all the main flooring has already been laid. I’ll attach photographs so you can see exactly what’s required. I have a 2-bedroom apartment that recently had new flooring and skirting boards installed. The installers didn’t seal the gaps between the wall and the skirting, so I’m looking for someone detail-oriented to tidy up the finish. Scope of work: • Apply No More Gaps neatly between the wall and skirting • Apply clear silicone sealant between the skirting and floor for a clean, sealed edge • Fill small drill holes or plank gaps in the skirting • Paint and sanding (want it looking in as new condition as possible) Materials: I already have most materials on hand – caulking gun, No More Gaps, hole filler, and shaping tools. Carpet several places broken that need to be fixed

I want to replace this section of the carpet since it’s damaged , I don’t have spare carpet though.

We’d like for the carpet in our two bedrooms (one 3x4.2m, the other 3.2x4.1m) to be removed. Bonus points if you’re able to then re-floor these spaces using wood or some other less mould/dust-prone material.
