Looking to have our floorboards sanded back and fresh polished/stained. We have pine floorboards throughout (2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/living, hallway). All Boards are in good condition. Have recently removed some tiles in 2 areas, and the boards underneath are unpolished - so just want to redo everything so it’s all matching. No glue was used, just mesh tile mat so the boards are in pretty good condition! Area is aprox 70sqm, and looking for a warm neutral stain colour and Matt finish.
