I have ordered and paid for 350kg of wood laminate and trims. This needs to be collected from a warehouse in Carrum Downs, then delivered to my house in Mentone. Would also like the laminate installed, but this could be a separate job. Unit is 32sq m, one bedroom, fully furnished, so would need to be installed without removing furniture.

To setup gym remove old carpet and lay new floorboards and install skirting

Require 30m2 of carpet to be replaced. For rental tidy up so carpet quality not essential, just needs to be close to existing colour.
