I have already purchased laminate flooring along with the appropriate underlay. I’m looking for someone to install the laminate on the upper floor of my home, covering an area of approximately 95 square metres. The job will include installing the underlay and laying the laminate flooring and any other necessary work that comes with installing.

I recently had a small wardrobe removed in a spare bedroom. The flooring needs to be put in. I have the existing materials already. I'd also like the skirting done on the sides too The existing flooring is not glued. The floorboards will probably need to be cut to size. We removed the kitchen and tiles from the kitchen in my mums house, wasn't expecting the floorboards to look as decent as they did. Was hoping to get someone to sand and polish the boards in there to a similar colour to the rest of the house (rest of floorboards photos added for comparison). I know they won't match, but something close-ish would be great. There is also one length of floorboard that is missing that we'd need someone to replace prior to sanding on the far side in the kitchen photos. The kitchen measures 3180mm x 4100mm approx 13m2.
