The previous installer didn't finish the job properly, so there's a bit of remediation involved as well as completing the install: Remove existing carpet from the room (straight forward, one room) Check the subfloor is level and flag/fix any high or low spots before laying — I'm not sure how level it currently is. - Complete the flooring in the areas left unfinished. - Fix the expansion gapping, which wasn't done correctly around the edges - Supply and install the trims/transitions (missing in some spots) and skirting to the room Boards and underlay are already on site and supplied. Trims, transitions and skirting are to be supplied by you as part of the quote. It's a small room so shouldn't be a big job for the right person, but I do want it done properly and finished to a good standard given the last effort fell short.
