We need the floors of the 1975 home we just purchased sanded and refinished before we move in on the 2nd of Jan. they are currently stained a really dark colour with a shiny finish and we want to take them back to their more natural tone with a matte finish. I’m not entirely sure of the square meterage but I will add photos of the areas to be sanded if you are able to estimate. I also will add the floor plan with the area to be sanded highlighted and photos of before the floor was stained darker. There are two small sets of stairs also.
