We had child safety gates installed last month at the top and bottom of our staircase, but unfortunately they were not installed properly. The staircase opening is wider than the gates, so the previous installer added some timber to fill the gap. However, I don’t think enough timber was used and the gates are still not fitted securely/properly. We need someone experienced to: * Reinstall both the upstairs and downstairs child safety gates * Add additional timber/wood as required to properly bridge the gap * Make sure both gates are securely mounted, level and safe for a young child Happy for you to supply the additional timber/materials required from Bunnings

Looking for a handyman available soon to realign and fix back gate. It is a small colourbond gate that closes. The end of the frame was screwed into a brick wall but one of the bolts snapped off. New hole in brick wall was required that I didn’t put at the right height and made a bit of a mess of so the latch won’t close. I have run out of time and don’t have the right tools for the drop before I head away tomorrow and need the gate to lock. A quick handyman job if you’ve got a drill. Have new plugs and bolts. Extra points if you’ve got some extra time and are available to rescrew my garden shed door so that it also closes. (Can raise price of job if required).

We have 9m of fencing that is overdue for a replacement. It has had a hedge grow wild and envelope it that needs to be cleared so it doesn’t return to ruin a new fence. The uprights are concreted in to a 1.2m retaining wall and stable to secure new panels to. Replacement using pine wood is fine.

Looking for someone experienced with timber paling fences to repair an existing boundary fence. The fence is generally usable but has several damaged/leaning sections and the gate needs repair/re-alignment. Looking to replace only the damaged palings/rails/posts where necessary rather than replacing the entire fence. Please assess what can be repaired vs what needs replacing and provide a quote. Ideally someone experienced with timber fencing and gate repairs.
