Dig or enlarge the hole for the new post to ensure it fits properly. 4. Mix and pour concrete into the hole to create a solid base. 5. Install the letterbox/post in the concrete, making sure it is level and correctly positioned. 6. Secure the installation so the post remains stable and upright while the concrete sets. We have purchased an Outback Fencing PVC fence and just need a hand as we don’t have all of the tools Requires drilling into concrete slab to fix bolts for the main posts, and then the fence itself can be put together. 5 posts total to install, 4 bolts for each. May also need some trimming of the PVC slats as one of the panels will be a little too long
