I’m helping Mum prepare her property to sell and her neighbouring fence is leaning over in one spot. We need to dig a mass footing about 500mm by 500mm by 1000mm deep put some concrete in it and put a metal fence post in it so we can bolt the existing fence to the new post. We’re looking for a handyman to install an outdoor side access gate on one side of our house, to match the existing gate setup on the other side (see photos). We already have the gate and metal post supplied. The job will involve: Installing and securing the post to the concrete Hanging and aligning the gate Fitting hinges and latch to ensure smooth operation Matching the positioning and finish of the existing gate as closely as possible Access is a narrow side walkway between the house and fence. Job involves: • Cutting 3 PVC posts to suit bolt-down installation. Or concreting it into footing. • Installing bolt-down post brackets into the concrete footing • Assembling and installing the 2 fence panels We have the fence panels and posts, but not the brackets yet (can purchase beforehand or reimburse). Total length approx 5m, easy access.

Fence Post has rotted out at bottom and needs replacement. This is a support for the colourbond fence. Exact Job: Remove adjacent pavers to existing 3 Colourbond posts. approximately 250 x 250 area. Ground will need to be excavated approximately 600mm for new post to be installed. New 100 x 75 mm H4 posts to be installed in holes, plumbed up and concreted in. Trowel finish at base of posts to fill in missing pavers. Cut down appropriate lengths of galvanised threaded rod. drill 2 holes in timber post and existing colour bond post ( top and approximately 600mm up from ground.) Utilising m12 nuts and 50 x 50 galvanised washers. Bolt/washer either side of post, followed by plumbing up fence then using the same method nuts/washer to clamp in place.
