Replace 3x pendant lights, 2x outdoor flood lights and hide 1x tv cable. All lights have already been purchased and are ready for installation.

Replace one small downlight in bedroom ceiling. It may be a GU5.3 LED but I'm unsure. It's not a GU10 that can simply be inserted and turned to install. Looking for an electrician or experienced handyman who knows exactly what to do - see photos. I don't have a spare bulb. I can't get close enough to the ceiling to know what it is and I don't want to unscrew it due to safety concerns.

We need a trench dug between driveway and fence. Must be 500mm deep for electrical conduit, approx 10m length. The ground is sandy gravel with tree roots through it. The material will be kept on-site ready for backfilling.

Light digging work using a trenching shovel (shovel provided). 1. Dig a 600mm deep trench for the purposes of an electrical conduit. Approximate length 6m. 2. Dig a shallow trench for garden irrigation (approx 2 shovel scoops in depth 100mm approx). Approximate total length 10m. Most of the digging is in a garden bed and the earth is soft.

Currently have a power point under the sink/ inside the cupboard…need a new power point installed on top of the bathroom bench against the wall tile. Only qualified electricians contact. New point will go over a wall tile. Supply and install of new electrical plug point.

I've got a couple of faulty power points. One power point - the switch itself seems to be "popping" out of the fitting and I just want the power point replaced. (See switch above white plug) The second issue is in my laundry. The power point behind the washing machine has a 30Amp RCD installed, and it keeps tripping. I've run extension leads to the other powerpoint in the room and there is no issue. So I need the point / wiring diagnosed and repaired. I would also like to discuss installing a separate circuit in my study to take those electronics off the powerpoint circuit for the rest of the unit. Lastly, I would like to understand the cost of installing a network cabinet in the linen press, and running CAT6 cable and the re-routing the NBN connection for the whole house. The power point repairs MUST be done. The circuit work MAY proceed, depending on cost. Please no hobbyists - I want a certificate of electrical safety on completion of any works.

I have just moved Warehouse and when I removed all of my interior shelving, I had a cable running down one of my shelves which is there no longer. I need an electrician to come in with a cherry picker to get up high and either move the cable or disconnect it. I also have a faulty Power point in my kitchen.

Repair lifting chair. Power light is green on the power brick but there is no power to the control unit. Cord was damaged once before and the chair has not worked after transport and moving in to a new location. Please advise experience and qualifications

I have four chandelier-style lights which need to be taken down and replaced with more modern pendant lights. The electricals were done 7 years ago so they are modern and up to date .. it’s just a straight swap of fittings. Somewhat Flexible with day and date.

The kitchen has four downlights that are connected to a loom and I need them changed to each have a 240 plug. This will allow replacement LED lights to be purchased at the local shop. It looks like the original LEDs were part of the government sponsored LED light program, and I can’t get spare parts for them..
