Various electrical safety work to do in order to make property rental ready. 1) Removing old cables, which have been disconnected from electrical compliance check. Then re-install usable power point. 2) Fix 4x down lights in living area. All 4 fail to switch on. 3) Install new range hood (we have one ready). 4) Fix 2x bathroom lights. 5) Troubleshoot 1 ceiling light attached to fan unit which fails to switch off. 6) Attach a rotator knob to dimmer switch.

There are downlights in every room, so lights and fan via remote control is fine. There are also fire sprinklers in every room, so contractor will need to comply with those regulations.
