Hi there, I'm looking for a licensed electrician to replace the following wall outlets in my apartment at Marmion Place, Docklands: 2 x dual power point outlets with switches 1 x TV/data outlet panel This is not a repair job – the outlets are working fine, but I need the old ports replaced with new, clean faceplates for a refreshed look. Electrician must supply all new replacement outlets/faceplates. All existing power and TV functions must still work after installation – I will test them once the job is complete. Requirements: Must be a licensed electrician Must supply and install parts Must bring own tools Clean and professional finish expected Photos attached for reference. Preferred date/time: any time and day between 4th May to 13th May

We have a handful of tasks to get done and we are only 2 people! Lights need to be removed, wires cut and made safe, cleaning, general help moving furniture around, other general event assistance needed. Help needed for these jobs and other odd ones from 9am through to 4pm.

In kitchen there are row of three downright, two not working (haven't for quite awhile but bulbs were newish). In bathroom one light is flickering. Need lights repaired to working order. This is in an apartment.

Need an electrician to change some light bulbs (see pictures) and try to fix heater in drying cupboard, and empty a filter of clothes dryer. I would like a 15amp PowerPoint installed in my garage parking space, for the purpose of charging an EV. I live in a 12 unit block of townhouses and the main electrical switchboard is located in the garage. The point needs to be connected to the meter for our unit. There is existing conduit to the install location, or new conduit could be installed. The distance from the switchboard to the park location is approx 25 meters.

We have a smoke alarm attached to the roof which is 5-6 metres high. The battery has gone in the smoke alarm and it keeps beeping. We just need someone with a high ladder to come over and change the battery. It should only take a few minutes to change the battery. It’s just getting a ladder that is high enough to reach the smoke alarm, and open it to find out which battery we need, and then to put a new battery in it. The longest part will be setting up the ladder. all in all, it shouldn’t take longe to do. Maybe 30 mins or 40 minutes maximum.

Replace a faulty light switch. The light switch is currently stuck in the ‘on’ position and is unable to be turned off. Must be able to provide new light switch and install. Thank you

My hot water system seems to be running water out of its little nozzle continuous basis. I need it fixed so it doesn’t keep losing water.

This wall is being demolished and need these two switches disconnected.
