Power will need to be taken from the nearby IXL light and fan. 2.5mm cable has already be run, although if you would prefer run your own cable, access is not an issue (see photos. Tile and window trim can be removed). 20amp circuit available shared with the IXL. GPO will be supplied. I've removed the fan and there's a ladder already set up for you.

I have five total downlights that require fixing; three downlights are connected to each other in the hallway (2 small and one standard) and all three use the same 2 light switches. The other two downlights are separate. One is on a ceiling approx 3 meters high, so a ladder is required.
