LED Downlight installation (replace existing ceiling light)

Hi. We've had a bird infestation on our double-storey rooftop for a couple of years, and patchwork solutions (gutter cleaning and bird spikes), hasn't fixed this issue permanently. I'm looking to permanently remove these bird nests from our roof asap, and apply roof netting to prevent future bird infestations as well. Two requirements: 1. Remove Bird nests 2. Apply bird prevention such as gutter netting in gutters and around solar panels (purchase netting). I'm open to fair and reasonable quotes. The contractor must be able to use a ladder to the top of our double-storey rooftop. As we're heading back interstate next week, we're also looking for someone who can come in and inspect the premises themselves in the coming days, and ideally create the fix sometime this weekend if possible (happy to pay extra). In short: you would need to make the circled-red ceiling lights completely non-operational—so that only the pendant lights turn on when I use the switch—you would need to disconnect the wiring that supplies power to those ceiling lights. The wiring should be inside those individual red-circled lights.
