URGENT: The thin white fibre optic NBN wire coming out of my wall, that plugs into my NBN box via the green connector/plug, has fallen out of the green connector plug. I need someone that has the tool to pop open the green plug/connector and re-insert the fibre optic wire that is coming out of the wall. I tried just pushing it back in, but I don't think its in properly - Optical light still red.
