Looking for a qualified electrician to complete a few electrical jobs at our home: Relocate existing outdoor power point near front gate slightly back from its current position and replace with a double power point. Existing underground electrical cabling is already in place. Install approximately 2-3 new power points inside the house. Replace an existing garage light fitting with a new light fixture. Potentially replace an existing bedroom ceiling fan with a new ceiling fan. Please provide a quote for the above work.

Replace 5 ceiling lights with new lights, pics attached. Replace 2 ceiling lights not working with 2 of the removed lights. Replace 2 balcony lights with similar new ones, pics attached. Replace globes in one exterior floodlight and one garden low voltage light. We have all new lights and globes.

: Garage door has stopped operating. Looking for someone experienced with garage door controls/electronics to diagnose and repair it as economically as practical. The control box is an Elsema ADC-202 system with a 240V → 24V transformer (photos attached). Current symptoms: Power is getting to the control box Unit appears completely dead – no LEDs/lights No relay clicks when powered on Front door-control button does nothing Onboard control buttons also do nothing Power has been disconnected/reconnected with no change Suspect a relatively simple power-supply issue such as transformer, internal/inline fuse, rectifier/power supply or control-board fault, but needs proper testing. Ideally looking for someone who can test the 240V input, 24V transformer output and control board, identify the failed component and repair/replace only what is necessary. Not looking to replace the whole garage-door opener unless it genuinely needs it. Happy to pay fairly for someone who knows these systems and can diagnose it efficiently. Please mention if you have garage-door control board/electronics experience and whether you can supply common replacement components if required. Photos of the control box and wiring attached.

We have a busy schedule and can only have a tradie present Monday - Friday 1.30pm-4.30pm as the studio is free then.We would ideally like this done next week, week of 15th June. Thank you

I’m putting a new TV on a wall - there was previously an outlet on the wall that was removed. I need the outlet put back - wires are still there.
