Hi, Our washer and dryer does not fit in the cavity provided. So we need someone to: - buy the relevant extension equipment (ie hose and cord) - buy a mat for the floor of the laundry which we can stack the washing machine + dryer - install the washing machine and dryer and connect to the plumbing. LG 9KG True Steam Heat Pump Condenser Dryer Model: TD-C902H Purchased: 2018 Is currently displaying an error code: tE4. I’ve checked the instructions online from LG & followed them; they don’t clear the code. This has happened a couple of times before, and both times it was easily fixed by taking off the panels & cleaning out water & fluff: this time we have already done this & it’s still not working.
