Electric folding awning wont work. There seems to be power however the remote is not working. I've replaced the batteries on the remote, used different power outlets to no avail. When i plug it into a different power outlet, it makes a noise and moves slightly but then nothing. the red light flashes on the remote when i push button but nothing else. - Due date: Flexible

Last 3 months, three of the down lights in bathroom and kitchen have all started flickering/failing. I’ve tried changing out the bulbs with working bulbs and new bulbs, with no success. I presume it is then the transformer for the three lights to be changed, not 100% sure. ET-REDBACK 60VA/230-240 and 12v LED bulbs. Thanks, James
