Electrician - replace down lights & install transformer to doorbell

Replace 8 existing down lights with same type ( I have the new ones) the existing transformers may need replacing as well. Install a transformer for a Nest Door Bell that has been installed. The transformer could placed near external power source and fed through existing conduit or chased into wall ( see pics) Preference is external. I can purchase transformer or supply by tasker but need advice on appropriate one. Job as described.

Downlight flickering x3

Last 3 months, three of the down lights in bathroom and kitchen have all started flickering/failing. I’ve tried changing out the bulbs with working bulbs and new bulbs, with no success. I presume it is then the transformer for the three lights to be changed, not 100% sure. ET-REDBACK 60VA/230-240 and 12v LED bulbs. Thanks, James
