Looking for a well-rated air conditioning expert to service our LG unit and troubleshoot some leaking. We moved in a year ago, I have no idea if the unit has been regularly serviced. We recently had a housesitter who we think was running it more than usual, and can see some bowing in the paint beneath the unit and can feel the softness of the wall, so I’m assuming it’s leaking

An old bank that is a cafe with very high ceilings and walls. Dust and mould needs to be removed from light fittings, air-conditioners, ceilings and walls. In some places like the air-conditioners, the dust is a little sticky with grease.

Hi there, 2 tasks that I need assistance with and hoping to kill 2 birds with one stone if possible. Firstly the split system A/C unit in my bedroom is leaking a significant amount of water at times. I have cleaned out the filter but I don’t believe this to be the source of the issue. The unit in the lounge is also leaking some water however not nearly as much, this one is more a minor drip. I figure now might be a good time to inspect the units for anything that might be causing this problem for the warmer months ahead. Secondly, there are several down lights in the apartment that don’t seem to be working, even after I have replaced the globes. Not too sure if this could be due to loose wiring or a faulty transformer but I’m hoping someone with some knowledge may be able to fix this and reaffix the bulbs in the roof afterwards, I have all the brackets in my drawer. Hoping someone with some electrical expertise can assist with both of these issues, otherwise I may need to post them as separate jobs.

I was hoping to ask for a quote for what seems to be a leaking air conditioner unit. During the recent rains, there were drops of water entering the house. We thought it was from the roof, so we were about to call a roof repair company. However, upon closer inspection, the roof and the roof/attic cavity above the area was completely dry. We then noticed that the drips seemed to be coming from the air conditioning unit (which was not turned on). What we think is happening is that the rain is entering the external unit, and travelling down inside the hoses to enter the internal unit, where it then gets out. Quite separately, are you also able to to minor electrical work while you're here? Our front video doorbell needs an analog wire added to it (I forgot to do it when it was installed). It's a tiny job but the callout fee/minimum spend for an electrician makes it not worthwhile. But if you're already here... - Due date: Before Thursday, 7 March 2024
