I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install a 2000W ceramic wall mounted heater in the ensuite bathroom of my apartment in Southbank.

Install ceiling smart down lights in apartment. Approx 20 of them. Possibly extend light conduit and wiring to each of them lights. I will supply the downlights - got about 10 non smart lights that I can give and if you want you can procure the remaining 10

Down light flickering even though globe was replaced

Change 34 downlights and change 6 dimmers and5 normal power points

Task 01: One pair of pendants to replace two existing down lights in kitchen. New dimmable switch to the new pendants. Task 02: One single pendant to be centrally installed in dining room (create new hole in ceiling). One existing down light to be removed and made good of ceiling. Task 03: Instal one heated towel rail above existing outlets in bathroom, aligned to existing towel rail. No hardwiring required. Rates negotiable for your offer.

The wall plate seems to be loose/broken and the Ethernet cable cannot be properly connected. It may need repairing or replacing with a new wall plate.

Plenty of parking in front of my building! Please review the attached photos prior to providing an offer. As you can see the left switch popped out but still works.
