There are PowerPoints directly below where they need to go so power can run up from there. It’s an apartment building and has a man hole with access to the ceiling but I think the space will be limited.

I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation. Room Light Switch broken, need a licensed electrician to fix it. Cost need to include replacement and parts etc.

Need electrician Our apartment upstairs above a shop has some issue with the power switch, couldn’t turn it back on. Please view video for more details. The switch is connected light upstairs, fridge, washing machine in the apartment, and down to storage room downstairs and garage door. It happens before but we able to turn the switch back on, or wait a few hours to turn it back on. This time it happened since last night, and it happened quite often. We still couldn’t able to switch it back on. Need fix asap. Thank you.

We need an electrician to install 2 x sockets in our kitchen. Kitchen is not tiled currently so they can be installed directly on to the plasterboard.

Seeking a licensed electrician to repair damaged wiring to an integrated light in a bathroom mirror cabinet. Would be very grateful if there is any way this could be done in the next 3-4 days. Fault is accessible at the cabinet hinge area – photos attached to show the area. I believe the wires have split near this area and needs to be rewired, but you will need to inspect it. Looking for a licensed electrician who can repair the wiring and then reattach the light to the cabinet.

Licensed electrician needed to prepare wall for a new access door into the roof space/void behind the third floor. See floor plan and photos attached. Work required: * Remove existing wall sconce. * Relocate existing two-gang light switch beside the new door opening. * Inspect and reroute electrical cabling currently running through the proposed door opening. * Relocate any electrical enclosure, junctions, transformers/power supplies or wiring that would obstruct the new door frame. * Supply and install a basic 1200 mm surface-mounted LED batten inside the roof space, using the existing lighting circuit if suitable. * Position the light switch conveniently beside or just inside the new access door. * Supply minor materials, test the work and provide the required electrical safety certificate. Current roof-space access is via a manhole on the middle floor using a ladder.
