We have 5 light dimmer switches that we would like to change back to 5 light switches on 4 different panels. We have all the original working switches so no electronic hardware needs to provided. We need a licensed electrician to do that swap out. We are located in an inner Melbourne CBD apartment with paid street parking very close by.

I need some screws to drill screws back in to the ceiling. I have a blind but obviously someone’s really pulled it and pulled it out of the ceiling a bit. Also, the light over my stove keeps turning off, even when I change it, it will stop again. My glass screen door in my shower hits when I close the door, so I don’t no if the glass can be shaved down a little bit. Also,I do need some electrical work and a TV installed. I’m having an issue with the electric hot water system in my apartment (Stiebel Eltron DEL18AU). The shower and all taps are only producing cold water. I’ve tried troubleshooting it several times by turning off the MCB and then resetting the heater. It worked again about two weeks ago, but now it’s gone back to cold water only, and this time I can’t get it to heat up at all. The display still shows 50 (Celcius; max temp), but no hot water coming out.

Need an electrician to install a new power point and then create a conduit to NBN connection on other side of brick wall (running to NBN box approximately 2.5 metres away). The photo shows where the NBN box is and the conduit needs to reach roughly where the black patch is on the brick wall, with drilling through to the inside).

Two pendants need installing in the place of down lights. The down lights are in a grid of four so we will disconnect two. We also want to add two dimmers - one for the new pendants and another for separate lights that are on their own switch. We have all the fittings. The pendants are made out of papier mache and coffee beans, so not heavy but not paper light.
