Need to replace an existing wired smoke alarm. It's just over 10 years old and has started to beep. I'm flexible with the time day as I work from home.

Looking for a electrician to replace the function selector switch on our built-in Belling IB609FP electric oven. The function knob snapped off and the switch shaft broke flush with the switch, so the switch needs replacing. Everything else on the oven was working fine before this. We have the replacement part ready (Glen Dimplex part [22102002 / 20884983]). We believe the job may involve: - Isolating power and sliding the oven out of the cabinet - Removing the control panel (it has a glass front, so please take care) - Swapping the old switch for the new one and transferring the wiring - Refitting the oven and testing each function We are open to fixing it other ways though if you can think of any. Balcony installation, 3rd story top floor. I will be purchasing a 3.5-5kw Mitsubishi system to cool a 52m2 apartment. Switchboard in the unit (red X on the floor plan attached). A couple other units in the complex have the compressor unit installed on balcony.
