Hi, See attached pics of ceiling where I want approximately 11 warm white smart LED lights installed in pic 2 power point moved and a power point pic 3 moved with bedroom light switch , its a gyprock ceiling with concrete walls Must have dimmers about 3 and like the feature where i could change the colors like smart LED .I can assist if needed too. 1) Remove pendant light on a ceiling rose and replace with a ceiling fan with J hook 2) install 2 wall sconce lights with a dimmer 3) Fix 2 wall sockets that are loose 4) Put up the removed pendant light in a new room with a dimmer 5) Replace a ceiling fan 6) Replace two down lights with ceiling lights

Investigate power usage as meter spinning even when everything is off. Double check old outdoor airconditioning units are disconnected, to ensure these aren’t source of power leakage. We’re looking for a licensed electrician for some light work at our place in Potts Point (just near the Coca-Cola sign and Kings Cross Station). I took a mounted TV unit off the wall and it turns out the power point and TV antenna are plumbed into the unit so I need it safely detached from the TV unit and attached to the wall.

Need an Electrician to install / replace a light fixture - I have the light and all parts. And also to require a standing lamp - I don’t have parts for it but can order if needed.

4 fire alarms need to be re-fixed to ceiling. Kind of dangling from wires/nails. Will need a small step ladder.

Hopefully a pretty straightforward ask - simply need a certified electrician to remove a dimmer on one of our light switches. Switch on left is for 4 ceiling lights and dimmer. Switch on right is for ceiling fan. Want to have two switches. No dimmer.
