Investigate power usage as meter spinning even when everything is off. Double check old outdoor airconditioning units are disconnected, to ensure these aren’t source of power leakage. Replace faulty pendant light (we have replacement) Replace faulty light switch, disconnect dimmer (we have replacement) Remove 3 faulty sensors, and install light switch instead ( two may need new switches?) Disconnect old hardwired smoke alarm We are flexible with date, prefer this week after 12 noon. (This is for 3 terrace houses within 50 metres of each other) Parking provided.

We’d like a power point installed in the kitchen , along with a quick check of the existing ones to make sure everything’s safe and working properly. I took a mounted TV unit off the wall and it turns out the power point and TV antenna are plumbed into the unit so I need it safely detached from the TV unit and attached to the wall.

Need an Electrician to install / replace a light fixture - I have the light and all parts. And also to require a standing lamp - I don’t have parts for it but can order if needed.

4 fire alarms need to be re-fixed to ceiling. Kind of dangling from wires/nails. Will need a small step ladder.

Hopefully a pretty straightforward ask - simply need a certified electrician to remove a dimmer on one of our light switches. Switch on left is for 4 ceiling lights and dimmer. Switch on right is for ceiling fan. Want to have two switches. No dimmer.

My 2 light fittings need to be washed. They require a large ladder which is available in the building to be taken down washed and put back on.

Scope of works as follows: Remove: 4 x surface mounted ceiling lights 1 x exit light (but retain power feed) 1 x gpo on ceiling near front window 1 x ceiling mounted switch near front door Extend existing wiring to accommodate: 2 x wall lights (“WL”) 3 x pin down lights (“DL”) 1 x pendant light (“PL”) Note: Downlights where ceiling has been removed had plug-in base/socket.

Ethernet cable not working well in bedroom . Main cable was loose in lounge but works perfectly
