I need the following lights installed: - x1 pendant light and ceiling rose in living room (plus dimmer switch) - x1 bar spotlight in kitchen (plus dimmer switch) - x1 LED ceiling light in laundry - x1 pendant light and ceiling rose in bedroom - x1 pendant light and ceiling fan removal in office - x1 pendant light in spare room - x1 pendant light in hallway I have all the pendants, light bulbs and ceiling roses ready to go, but don't have dimmer switches as I wasn't sure which ones to get. I will cover the cost of this if you can supply. I also have instructions for the ceiling rose installations if you need them. Thank you!

1) Ceiling fan without light replacement, like for like but with different brand. 31c ceiling height. The existing fan is wall controlled and have controller and existing wiring. 2) 2 x Outdoor sensor operated lights replacement. The existing ones are on single wall switch.
