I have an Arlec ceiling fan with remote. The remote is working. The fan seems to be requesting pairing (beeps) but it does not rotate. I suspect it's the capacitor in the fan itself needs to be replaced. I'm looking for an electrician that has experience with Arlec fans and knows how to do this
