Need to replace (I can supply) overhead fan and heat lamp unit in bathroom; also need to replace 3/4 electrical switches for which covers have broken. Needs to be a licensed electrician.

Three parts: 1. Install a universal antenna mount (Oricom BR100 - supplied) on a 2016 Subaru Outback without damaging bonnet and run antenna cable (supplied) into cabin. 2. Install a new 40A Andersen cable (supplied) from battery and run into cabin and to behind centre console, hiding appropriately. 3. Run a power cable (supplied) for a starlink from roof rails to behind driver seat / centre console. Please list / detail your mechanical / auto-elec experience.

Downstairs lighting circuit keeps tripping at the electrical box.

Looking for a qualified licensed and experienced electrician to help me finish doing a set up for an electric gate motor. Will include running power cable to the motors and would like a double power point on each post ideally klipsal. Then I would like a keypad and button set up and the cables for this done one running up the gate post for outside keypad and one up the post with PowerPoint for a switch. We will discuss placement etc on the day and happy to hear any suggestions you have. The motor is a Richmond GTR156 from Bunnings and there will be one on each gate. Already have grey conduit in the ground between the gates need you to supply the Orange conduit for in the trench. I have the power cables and motor and accessories and probably enough grey conduit but if you could supply the outdoor power points and orange conduit. There is an electrical supplies store up the road from my place if you we need to get anything I’m happy to pay anything extra needed from the store or yourself. Looking to do some other work after this with can discuss extra prices for on day and Can do another day. Cables will be running from trench into side of house across garage into power box approximately 10m . Let me know if any questions :)

Need a licensed electrician to cable and install picture light above painting on external wall. We have an unused switch that can be used but will require the cabling to the switch. We also need the supply and cable and install of a power point to the left of the pictured bureau. There is a storeroom under the floor for access for cabling but no access from the roof as there is a second floor above.

Remove old box/window air-conditioner... and install new one (already purchased). New air-conditioner is same size as old one.

There is definitely gas to the property as the stove is working. It appears there is no gas going to the heater for some reason. I've checked the knobs at the heater and the meter and both are in line with the pipe in the on position. No gas to heater cant smell or hear anything when turning the gas knob and trying to reignite pilot. Heater is a Rheem.

Check smoke alarms downstairs and upstairs and fix any issues in terms of battery change etc. just part for annual maintainence

Short somewhere part of my studio has no power

Our bathroom light/fan switch wiring has come loose. Looking for an electrician to fix it up but whilst they are there if they can also change it so that the exhaust fan is on one switch and all the lights are on the other switch

The power cable for my fireplace is broken/burnt (I have it covered so the kids won’t touch it) It needs to be repaired.
