We’re in need to install a paper lantern as a pendant off our studios ceiling. There’s an existing recessed light and we purchased the right attachment from IKEA.

I would like to replace my light switches with smart light switches. I have smart light switches from “Smart setup”. 8 x 1 gang switches 5 x 2 gang switches 3 x 3 gang switches 16 switches in total need installation. I do not require any setup for the smart portion, just for them to be installed by an electrician

New hot water system is larger than old one requiring a galvanised stand. The gully still needs to be open but concrete around cam be removed. If you can acquire heavy duty galavinsed head pump stand and also remove hot water system let me know. If you are also a plumber and can do all the work also let me know

Looking for a qualified electrician to remove 11 existing downlights and install new ones (I’ll supply the new fittings). I’ve included an image of the downlights I’d like to replace them with. I’m also looking to have the ceiling fan shown in the photo removed. As the current lights are square and the replacements are round, some patching and plastering may be required. Licensed Electrician – Power Point Check & Install Looking for a licensed electrician to check and install power points at my home. I’ve marked up photos: • Red crosses = existing power points • Yellow crosses = proposed new power points • Blue ? = old/unused power point to be checked Issue: When plugging in a Haier heat pump dryer, the power point sparked (washing machine already plugged into the same outlet). Stopped immediately. Needs checking for safety and advice on whether a dedicated outlet is required. I have a Fujitsu ASTG12LVCC DC Inverter split system (installed 3 years ago). The indoor unit is dead — no lights, no response to manual button or remote. I replaced the remote batteries. The aircon breaker and balcony isolator are both on, so the unit is receiving power.
