I have an iPhone 11 ProMax and a MacBook Air 2013 and I believe that they have both been hacked. My Apple ID has been compromised, the password has not been changed but I’m reluctant to log in because I’m worried that the hackers might obtain my password as I type. This is my main concern but there are several little things I have noticed that will take too long to explain here but I’m happy to elaborate further in person. Apple and Telstra were unable to assist me and neither was the Australia Cyber Security Centre. What I need is an expert who is capable of completely blocking the hackers from having access to my phone and all apps, email addresses etc, so that I can then safely and confidently change all of my passwords, codes and Face ID, and then show me or install whatever is necessary on my phone to prevent a future occurrence, such as a cyber security app, programming, or whatever you are able to do. I tried to erase all Data on my 2015 MacBook Air e.g photos, apps, downloads, etc so that I could use it and start afresh. In the process I’ve accidentally erased the software/mac os thing. It now comes up with a folder with a question mark, spinning globe, etc and it won’t go beyond ‘choose a network’. I’ve tried troubleshooting it however am not the best with this stuff! If anyone could fix it up it would be so appreciated.

The two USB ports on my Mac aren’t working. They are charging devices but not registering them in Finder. The devices work on other computers, so they aren’t the issue. I’m aware that it’s an older model and it may be difficult to get parts.

MacBook Pro has stopped working. When I turn it on and hold down the command + r button I get the globe with the exclamation mark, but the cursor is not appearing so I can't connect to the internet and I don't have an ethernet cable.
