Extremely happy with my laptop. Oz was very patient and within a few minutes of putting up my ad, he had replied quickly and gotten onto to task ASAP. At first, he gave me an honest and very professional answer about fixing my laptop and he had sure that I was taken care of and not ripped off. In hard times like these, it’s nice to know that there are nice and honest people still out there. He kept me updated on when my laptop was assessed, what was wrong with it, and he was very patient in helping to explain what he had to do to fix it. 2020 MacBook Air 13”. Purchased new in 2020, split orange juice over the keypad shortly after purchase. Laptop fine for a few days then began having some issues. Took to Apple, Apple stated it would cost me over $2000 to repair and I was better off buying their newest model. Laptop has just been sitting in my cupboard since then. Still runs but is VERY slow. The fan sounds much louder than it should and the laptop won’t charge past 1%. I got an opinion from a few tech people who thought it may need a battery & fan replacement and possibly a motherboard replacement. I opened the back up and cleaned it recently, small amount of juice remnants there, nothing on the motherboard. I will purchase all parts it needs, just need someone to repair it as I’m not too tech savvy. Will pay more than $200 for the right person, Send through your quotes! :) Date TBD. - Due date: Flexible
