I Am Needing my internet port relocated to my study

need help to set up apartment internet service，have pppoe user name and password on hand

Need help improving our home Wi-Fi coverage. The internet is weak upstairs and at the back of the house, so we're looking for someone to assess the setup (see picture attached)and recommend the best fix, whether that's a booster, mesh system, or something else. We'd like reliable coverage throughout those areas and are happy to take advice on the best solution.
