Internet has stopped working.

I’m looking for an experienced networking / IT specialist to help diagnose and fix slow internet speeds in my apartment. I’m currently with Rush Broadband on a 200 Mbps plan, however the internet is noticeably slow and not performing as expected. Current setup: Router connected WiFi extenders installed Speeds still inconsistent and slower than expected What I need: Diagnose why I’m not getting expected speeds Optimise router + network settings Check placement/configuration of extenders Identify any bottlenecks (hardware, interference, wiring, etc.) Provide a proper solution (not just a quick patch)

Move the plate from one wall to another in same line along hallway. Include the face/ cover plate. Runs along same wall from under house which is easy to get to

Internet not connecting to pos systems and other devices

I tried to move the modem from room 1 to room 2 and hence opened the data point. Apparently, I messed something up as the Ethernet cable got stuck in the opening and since then the internet is not working. The ISP is useless and I dont have access to the Opticomm box. What i suspect is that I must have clipped the wiring at the data point. Need someone to change the RJ45 clip end where the internal wiring is connected and/or check the internal wiring for any fault. Material will be needed to be provided. I am based in Alamanda estate in Point Cook. Added Pic of the modem. It is a ZTE H268

Perhpas collect medem form neareby, attend premises and ring supplier with password to connnect the internet.

My Internet box stopped working. I troubleshoot it with Optus. They have sent me a new box and I’m still having issues. The NBN is online with no issues

We have a property that is on Airbnb and the guests couldn't connect to the wi-fi. The owner is overseas but called her internet provider who confirmed all connected and they ran tests and were able to connect to the modem so not sure what is wrong. I expect someone has messed around with the plugs potentially. I think there is a wi-fi extender in the kitchen as well. The modem is in the garage. I am looking for someone to go out between guests on Monday 29/12 between 10am & 2pm. The cleaner may also be there at the same time but we have digital lock for access. I have a photo of the base of the modem that I can send once locked in. If modem is faulty and needs replacing we are happy for additional works as required.

We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.
