We’ve just moved into a new property and need someone to get our internet fully set up today. The property has an NBN box, however the existing wall socket/cabling doesn’t match the connection required by the NBN box. We can provide photos beforehand so you can identify what adapter/cable is needed. If an adapter or cable is required, we’re happy to increase the task price to cover the reasonable cost of purchasing it, provided it’s the correct item and gets everything working. We also have a Google Wi-Fi/Nest Wi-Fi pack with 3 units that needs to be connected and configured throughout the property. We have just moved into the property and need someone experienced with NBN FTTC and home networking to set up and optimise our internet. We already have a TP-Link router, TP-Link network switch, and multiple Ethernet/LAN wall ports throughout the house. The main goal is to get reliable internet and Wi-Fi coverage across the property, especially to the office at the back of the house. Hello, looking to convert my phone socket in the office into an Internet port for faster internet. I believe the right cables are already in place and it just needs to be wired differently at the port and at my Network hub in the garage. I have included photos. Thanks. Already have my main router for the house. This port will be used for an access point. Happy to provide more info and images if needed.

I have just had 2 new data points put into a home office one runs a TV at one side of the room and one I want to run 2 computers on. I think the network switch next to the router might be faulty I would also like some advice on whether I need to upgrade my router And advise on what is the best network switch to run the 2 computers on the one point

Internet is wired from modem to points in home. Main TV used Optus Fetch box and now Optus wants it back (we dropped them). The myriad of cabling now needs to be sorted and tv reconnected to aerial.

I have an nbn modem in my Braybrook burgertory shop but the internet isn’t connected. Need to have my wires checked. I’m free Monday 31/8 and Tuesday 1/9 from 11am till 6pm I don’t know how big is the job.

The unit had the internet but in the renovation the point was removed. I believe the wire is under the house and it needs to be brought back into the unit with a new point on the wall. Plenty of room under the house.

I've recently bought some MoCA adapters to try and get wired internet to one other room. My house has foxtel and some other coax ports all over the house but when I connect the MoCA adapter, they can't find each other (MoCA connection light stays off). I know the adapters are working as they can be connected directly with a coax cable and the light comes on. I believe the problem is to figure out whether the coax cabling/foxtel ports are actually connected throughout the house and how to connect them if they are not. I need someone who may be able to help with solve this issue and get the wiring/internet fixed in the other room. Thank you.

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you

I have just had Telstra put in fibre internet to my house and given me a new modem. I now cane make my internet connect to the extenders so can only receive internet in 1 room of my house. I have taken a photo of the extenders (there is 5 of them), the modem and the the router. If you could help it would be great.
