Need this cabling work dine “We would like to advise you that the Opticomm Field Technician attended your premises but was unable to complete the installation as the property was not fully prepared in accordance with Opticomm's installation standards. The technician's findings were as follows: No internal conduit is present. Both the ADSL and NBN services are currently connected to the property. You have requested an Opticomm connection instead of NBN. Both entry points were found to be blocked during rodding. No conduit is present in the garage cabinet where the NBN equipment is installed. The PCD and LIA have been pulled and installed. An installer report has been provided outlining the required rectification works. To proceed, your builder or a licensed third-party cabling contractor will need to complete the required works as detailed in the technician's report.”

I have moved into a new apartment and I am needing the assistance to se up my internet and tv. Nothing more and nothing less pls. From 5:15pm. I finish work at 5:00pm

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an electrician or technician who specialises in internet/NBN connection issues. I'm with Optus, and my internet keeps dropping out multiple times throughout the day. I contacted Optus, and they said the modem was faulty, so I replaced it with a brand new one. I also replaced the Ethernet cable between the NBN box and the modem. Unfortunately, the problem is still happening. The NBN box always shows all the lights on, but modem only has the power light on, while the other lights are either off or flashing inconsistently. I'm not sure what's causing the issue anymore. I'm looking for someone who has experience diagnosing and fixing this kind of problem. If you can help or know someone who can, please let me know. The unit had the internet but in the renovation the point was removed. I believe the wire is under the house and it needs to be brought back into the unit with a new point on the wall. Plenty of room under the house.

I've recently bought some MoCA adapters to try and get wired internet to one other room. My house has foxtel and some other coax ports all over the house but when I connect the MoCA adapter, they can't find each other (MoCA connection light stays off). I know the adapters are working as they can be connected directly with a coax cable and the light comes on. I believe the problem is to figure out whether the coax cabling/foxtel ports are actually connected throughout the house and how to connect them if they are not. I need someone who may be able to help with solve this issue and get the wiring/internet fixed in the other room. Thank you.

We need a network cable to run from the back of our router, under the floor to a bedroom. The crawl space is a bit tight and I don’t like being under the floor which is why I am posting this task. The direct distance between the two points in about 10 meters, but I suspect a cable would need to be 15 meters as it cannot go in a direct line between the two point. There are already holes in the floor at each end so it just needs to go in one end and come out the other. Should be quick for someone who is happy being under the floorboards. Thank you

I have just had Telstra put in fibre internet to my house and given me a new modem. I now cane make my internet connect to the extenders so can only receive internet in 1 room of my house. I have taken a photo of the extenders (there is 5 of them), the modem and the the router. If you could help it would be great.
