Our Wifi has stopped working abruptly. We rollover onto a different provider on May 1. We need to ensure that the wifi is connected properly prior to this. Can someone can in and assess our setup fix anything where nessary and help us with the rollover process where needed.

We have come into office today and Internet is not working. Have tried all the usual steps, rebooted, rang Internet provider etc and it's been to no help. Once internet back up and running, I'd like the person to tidy up all the cords, so if it happens again it's easy to work out and find correct cords etc

Looking for someone to sort out why my internet connection is terrible and how to fix it. Not sure if it’s the distance between me at the end of the house and the router or if it has to do with old NBN line that Aussie broadband told me about? I can barely watch a video on my phone sometimes but other times it’s fine!

Guests at my Airbnb property are no longer able to connect to the internet. Service Provider: SpinTel Wifi Router: ASUS DSL-AC68U The current provider & configuration has worked without issue for years. There was a recent outage on my street, which appears to correlate with this downtime. My Service Provider has reset the connection their end & do not see an issue from their systems. Minimal network traffic is reported on my service provider account so it is not a broken connection issue. Guests have rebooted model & router several times to no avail. A technician changed configuration on the wifi router last week to accept dynamic IP, and the wifi connection worked for a short period (5-10 minutes) and then the internet was no longer accessible. Their Amazon Alexa device still has an active internet connection so feels like it might be a router configuration issue. I am overseas & need someone to diagnose & resolve the issue on-site, including discussing with my service provider if necessary.

Our internet disconnects all the time and our remote doesn’t work

Internet doesn’t reach the other part of the house. With the extension it’s always cutting out and doesn’t hold the internet service. Always having to re-enter internet password.

My security cameras was connected with the 5G internet. Recently I have changed the internet which NBN and also the router has been changed and displaced. Could you please connect me again with my new internet, so I can see the video of security cameras through hik connect app or any other app?

Have Optus 5g working - check connection and setup.

Internet connection not good, we have a netgear modem, a fast provider, line to the house and still bad connection. We may not have it connected right.

My internet wifi has very poor strength in some parts of the house

Need new internet data points installed across the house. House does not have NBN, Currently runs on 5G

We are having a new fibre internet. It's not NBN but opticomm fibre. The fibre box is not near our data rack where the switch is. We have an internode plan. We need someone to help connecting a second modem to the fibre box and ensure the internet on the second modem is working (including modem setting check). And then connect a Unifi AP to the second modem with working fibre internet + another Unifi AP to the switch. The two APs will take to each other wirelessly so we can bridge the fibre network to the switch. Please do not change the AP settings. Need someone with good internetworking knowledge.

Need help to set up internet and router to computer televisions etc

Just moved into a new house with opticomm internet. I purchased a new modem and apparently the internet is active but we can’t get it working. Need it set up urgently. Someone tech savvy pls

There's a bridge router connected to the main internet The main internet is okay however most likely due to power outage of someone unplugged certain things we need someone to be on site to check what's going on We will provide remote assistance over the phone preferably somewhere know network knowledge
