We are seeking an experienced IT professional to attend our office in Smithfield NSW to diagnose and rectify an Outlook calendar issue we are currently experiencing. When we receive Outlook emails with calendar (.ics) invites attached, the invites are not automatically populating within the Outlook calendar view, which is critical as our team relies on this view to understand the volume of upcoming works and manage scheduling effectively. This is a Microsoft 365 environment using desktop-based Outlook, and we require someone to attend onsite, review the configuration, identify the cause of the issue, rectify it, and test to ensure calendar invites automatically populate moving forward.

I need to set up a new staff member with an email address and access to the one drive. Also would like to link the one drive onto another PC that used to be linked but no longer is.

Need emails dated from beginning to later .put into context to be able to explain the story to time line from my phone for a legal matter .so someone technically understands Has a lap top that can do it.

Once a week our business emails stop sending/receiving through outlook classic, it takes hours to start working again and we have to uninstall and re install the email account to get it to start moving again. We have the same email account setup on 2 laptops, this problem is only happening on 1 laptop. We also have the email account setup on 2 phones and it is working fine.

Hey tech people, We have lost all access to our work email / website. Our hosting services are saying that our DNS is pointing to another provided ‘AWS’ we just need to help to get it all working! Please help… remote help is fine too!

My outlook is not able to identfy my email address after a recent update. The email runs of an exchange server and keep adding my Hotmail address. Ideally, I wood like to add both addresses like before.
