I have a canon mg3660 printer that I need help setting up. Ive installed the drivers for setup however it is not giving me the correct prompts on startup.

I bought my mom a Roomba Combo j9+ but she forgot to set up the app. She also had issue with the charging station, possibly set up incorrectly - the red light indicator is always on. She doesn't know what to do and and now the robot is out of battery. She unwisely spent 30+ minutes with customer service and unwisely followed their advice to "pack and return the robot for diagnosis". Now the robot is packed back in a box. Please help her unbox the robot, set it up correctly end-to-end, and patiently explain everything, configure the app, do some Q&A, and teach her general good practice.
