Hi I need assistance if someone can drop by at our place e to resolve this slow internet issue. I could do on zoom but then the internet doesn’t work. I have a new Mac air 2023 We have a new internet provider Aussie providers which we changed two days ago and changed it from TPG The plan we have nbn 100 mbps We still have slow internet and it doesn’t work at all even if it shows it’s connected. My main router is fine but my extenders stopped working and no matter how Manu rebooths I do, they just stopped communicating with the main router. I need help resetting or finding a solution. Telstra main router works fine. The netgear extender is the problem. Lights are always green but it doesn’t work. I need help from a Mac person. I'm changing email address to iCloud and want to use aliases. I've got that far by myself.... but cannot work out how to get email for the aliases, or how to get all my devices working together.
