I have an older external hard drive that was previously used with a Mac. I now have a Windows mini PC and Windows isn’t recognising the drive. The drive has a large number of movie and TV files on it which I am unable to access. I need someone experienced with Mac/Windows hard drives to convert/reformat the external hard drive so it can be used with Windows going forward, without losing any existing files on it. Please ask any questions!

We are looking for someone genuinely experienced with Apple Mail and macOS/iOS to sort out a couple of issues. JOB 1 - Email signature and font consistency across our Apple devices: one iMac, one iPhone, one iPad. We have a branded HTML email signature set up through GoDaddy. In Outlook on Windows it renders perfectly, with our correct font and size. On our Apple devices the signature formatting breaks, and the default composing font and size don't match our Windows setup. JOB 2 - Calendar delegate access for my assistant Delegate my assistant to full access to my iCal calendar — view, create and edit events.

My MacBook Pro keeps dropping off the internet after connecting for a few minutes. Up until yesterday I was using a shared service with my landlord who lives in the house in front. I had a new NBN connection put in yesterday. My phones and TV connect fine but my MacBook Pro keeps dropping out after a few minutes. I tried the old network I was using and it connects fine and doesn’t drop out.

Hi there. I have a 2019 imac which i enjoy using and only use for work, spotify, outube etc. However, after being a OneDrive user and now a Google drive user, Im certain there are many onedrive files /caching/malware on there and things on there that are slowing the iMac up. I just updated to Sequoia 15.7.4 (which i know makes it slower) and im getting the colour wheel on everything I do and cant really work :( I have the 'CleanMyMac' app on the imac which helps and I run that weekly, but, I would like someone techy to go right through the imac and see what they can find/delete and do what they can to speed it up. I need it working quickly for my role in recruitment :( I should add - I have super fast internet. Also doing this to get an opinion on; should I try sell it on marketplace really and get a new one given its 7 years old and what are the pros and cons there? Im not a designer etc so, dont think i need it but an opinion there would be helpful. Today would be ideal as im WFH If someone could come to Zetland today and I would prefer in person.
