Would like my wine barrel brought back to life, been sitting out in the weather for some time so needs a good sand & a couple coats of stain applied. I don’t have stain so will be relying on input of what stain to use & have it supplied by you. Will cover costs of materials.

We have two balconies which are 3m x 1.5m which has slats beginning to rot and wood beginning to age. Need someone to fix up and replace slats as needed etc

Build a simple structure. Roughly 8 x 5 metres. I need a one carpenter. Together we will work to erect. I’ll probably have the footings done by the time you get here.

Need a fabricator to make a custom stainless steel bench-top. 4100 (length) x 700 depth. See diagram attached. No shelves/ rack required. This bench-top will be fixed to wall at either ends - not free standing

Install a shaving cabinet above my vanity

I have approx 35 square metres of floorboards that need sanding back to bare timber. I don’t need them refinished as we will do that.

We have purchased a Mondella Rococo mirrored shaving cabinet in to my tiled bathroom

I purchased a new tool bench and drawers. I would like them put together in my garage.

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

We need this cabinet/shelving adjusted so that we can fit a dryer above our washing machine.

I have the material the timber for the steps to extend the width of the stairs I have the timber to do so I would need to be attached family to the existing Stairs and supported silicon to a with wider steps , would need to supply top and bottom rail with lattice insert for handrail and build a lattice handrail with top and bottom edging similar to decks surrounds but not as high and sloped in line with steps

To build a freestanding room that I can use as a art area with a door not attached to existing garage would require a large secondhand window to allow for light within the area it’s a single garage and the front is not used the rear is used for tools it’s single wide and doubling length and I just wanted a room to use as prof Studio has an existing concrete floor I don’t want it attached to the side wall of the garage it’s lattice and timber framed it just has to be freestanding independent but a walkway would need to be beside to access the garbage bins to be put out and to be able to carry things through to the rear of the garage materials for it would be need to be supplied by the person door job inclusive with materials. Can use recycled materials. Existing concrete floor
