Notes from Phil's inspection - "Nenagh" 17 May 2022 Problem appears to be broken tongue and groove of various single floorboards. Suggested quick fix: Have handyman walk around and locate all broken boards; drive nail through carpet and floorboard so broken floorboards can be easily located when working in subfloor. Measure the gaps between the joists that the broken floorboards are fixed to. Pre-cut particle board to measured size. Put glue on top side of pre-cut particle board. Affix particle board to underside of broken floorboard (between joists). Add extra nogging * Affix with batten screws. *Noggin - or a nogging is a strut used to give rigidity to framework. - Due date: Flexible

Put up shelves and cabinets inside walking robe and built in Robes.
