This is a new Bunnings Kaboodle kitchen cabinet corner door with Kaboodle hinges (165 degrees & 135 degrees) replacing an old water damaged door. It is fully assembled. I just need the door fixed to the cabinet & adjusted to fit. I have all the tools & equipment here. Cordless Jigsaw with Melamine blade (if it needs to be trimmed to fit), Drill & Impact driver, melamine tape etc.

I need a cabinet maker to install three additional shelves in a large cabinet that I have to accommodate more dishware. I’d like to use real Timber as is in the cabinet and make the top two shelves adjustable with shelf pins if possible. I’ll be painting the unit black after including the shelving . I need to know if you can supply the timber or if I need to.

Looking for someone experienced in colour matching and painting decorative metal finishes. The brushed gold finish on my shower niche trim has been partially stripped during cleaning (see photos). The trim is built into the tiled shower, so I’m looking for someone to repair and repaint the front face to closely match the existing brushed gold/champagne finish. I have a solid piece of reclaimed blackbutt timber that needs to be very securely fixed into a brick wall above my fireplace as a mantelpiece. You’ll need to have the fixing, nails brackets as I only have the wood and don’t know what fixings are required. The piece of wood weighs approximately 8-10kg. The wall you’d fix it into is brick. I also need someone to assemble a mobile whiteboard I bought from Ikea as well.

One of the four soft-close hinges on a tall kitchen cabinet door has come away from the door. The hinge cup and screws have pulled out and the hole in the door edge is chipped/stripped, so it won't just screw back in. Looking for someone to repair the hole properly (dowel and glue, timber filler, or whatever you'd recommend) and refit the hinge so the door hangs and closes correctly. Door is currently hanging on the remaining three hinges. What's involved: Repair/re-anchor the stripped 35mm hinge cup hole in the door Refit the existing hinge (Blum-style clip-on soft close — I still have it and the screws) Realign the door so it sits flush with the others and closes cleanly Quick check of the other three hinges on this door while you're here Please bring your own tools and any filler/dowel/glue needed. I have the hinge and screws. Cabinetry experience preferred — I'd rather it's done once and done properly than a quick fix that pulls out again. Photos attached.

Hi there, I need a local handyman to carefully remove one single piece of timber skirting board located inside my kitchen's refrigerator alcove. This is a rental property, so it is critical that the board is removed cleanly in one piece without cracking the wood or damaging the adjacent mitered corner joint and drywall, as I will need to reinstate it when I move out. What needs to be done: Score the painted edges/mitered corner joint to break the paint bond. Carefully pry the single skirting board panel off the wall inside the alcove. Pull or flatten any remaining brad nails on the wall so the surface is smooth. Leave the removed timber piece intact for me to store. Tools required: Please bring your own utility knife, pry bar/trim puller and drywall protection materials. Located in Maroubra. Flexible with time, but looking to get this sorted as soon as possible. Most of the cabinets have been installed and the contractor stopped the job instantly. Only one needs installed, Adjust and place handles on the doors and more touch ups needed to finish the job.
