I’m looking for an experienced handyman / deck specialist to clean and stain my outdoor timber deck. The deck is ~30sqm with some weathering and wear. I’d like it properly stained so it looks refreshed and protected. I will clear the area and pressure wash it so it is ready for work when you arrive. Scope of work is to apply one coat of stain. Second stain to be decided if required on a separate date - quote on one stain for this job. I will provide the stain. All other tools and equipment to be supplied by you.

Remove pet urine stain from engineered timber floor boards where rug was

I have just purchased a property that requires 70 square meters of sanding and stain/water based polish across 5 rooms. Carpet and tiles would be removed pre-sanding. I do not take possession until 7 November but looking for quotes to understand price and how long this would take as we can perhaps get this done before we move our furniture in. Quotes are to include all costs including equipment, materials and labor.

Do you have a 12"/305mm mitre saw? I need 4 x 2400 mm lengths cut as well as 4 x 1200 cut at 45 degrees. Smaller saws won't be able to cut through.

All doors are currently hung and just need a small amount trimmed from the bottom You will need to bring all your own tools (e.g. planer, drop sheets, screwdriver, etc.) Task includes removing each door, trimming it neatly, and rehanging Must have experience with this type of job and work cleanly and carefully Important note: It’s currently wet and rainy here, and although the doors don’t feel damp, the atmosphere is humid. I’d appreciate your advice on whether it’s best to wait for drier conditions or trim a minimal amount now and potentially recheck later if needed. These stairs up to the verdandah at the back of our house have become rotten due to explosure to rain and sun. I would like them rebuilt or restored. Jobs is to build/fix and install. The width is 2.4m, height is 0.57 m and plank width is 27 cm. Given the water and sun exposure (faces north) wood likely needs to be hardwearing hardwood. I'm looking for a quality job.
